The real difference is how much moving around becomes part of the holiday once you arrive.

Fethiye is the most versatile for an active trip, but Ölüdeniz, Kayaköy and the best boat days sit around the town, so local transport is part of the holiday. Kaş is smaller and slower, with diving, boat trips and long evenings in town. It takes longer to reach, so it works better for several nights than as a rushed stop. Bodrum is the polished Aegean choice, but the peninsula is spread out; the exact district can determine whether evenings are walkable or whether local transport becomes routine. On a short trip, pick one. Fethiye and Kaş can work as a two-base Lycian-coast trip when you have enough time; Antalya and Bodrum are too far apart to treat as an easy two-stop beach week.
