How many days should travellers spend in Cappadocia?

Cappadocia is easy to under-allocate because the headline experience happens at dawn. But weather can cancel balloons, transfers can arrive late, and the region is more than one sunrise. Two nights can work if you only want a compact taste and are comfortable with risk. Three nights gives the trip room to breathe: one balloon attempt, one proper valley or tour day, and a little time to choose meals, viewpoints and walks without racing. If Cappadocia is one of the reasons you are going to Turkey, do not make it fight for space like a side trip.
